We used Lucys to have our carpets and upholstery cleaned. Axel the owner of Lucys completed the job personally. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the carpet material and the best products to use on them. He even managed to get paint stains out of the carpet in a room we recently painted. He is a very professional and personable man. The carpets look fanatastic and our 30 year old dinning room upholstered chairs look like they are brand new. Thank you very much. We would recommend you to any one every time.

We chose Lucy's because of favourable reviews. Our house was empty and needed to be cleaned before the new owners took over. Although the cleaning overall was satisfactory--the carpets in particular were excellent--we find ourselves not as enthusiastic as some other reviewers. We had to clean out the film and residue left over from cleaning the oven. It's understandable the oven has to cool from the clean cycle but had we not returned to the house to do a few things , it would not have been noticed and the new owners would have to contend with it. There also seemed to be a bit of a communication problem--we understood from the general cleaning duo ( both of whom were very pleasant ) that the stairs and the landing leading to the rooms below would probably be handled by the carpet crew who were coming in the afternoon. That part didn't get cleaned at least not very well. We ended up doing it. I suppose we could have called and asked for it to be done but for the hour or so we spent , it didn't seem worth the trouble. Anyway, it was good to have the house done and as I said, the carpets were really great. Axel and his team are friendly and polite and showed up on time.

Clean added carpet cleaning to the package after the cleaners started I was sure the he new buyer would need to refinish all the floors but Lucy's cleaning proved us wrong. Added to
the overall cost but made the difference! still very reasonable .

Axle was the best!! Very customer friendly and really did a great job. We have used other companies in the past. You know the cheapo's, $69 -$89 do all types. We had a problem with one well known company. They solved an issue by saying they didnt need customers like us. Fools!! What a waste of money! Even got some info on other cleaning issues we have around the house. We will for sure call Lucy's in the future! Thanks Axle!!

I've had Lucy's Cleaning taking care of my home for the last two years, and they're fantastic. They do great work, and on the rare occasions I'm not 100% happy, they come back to fix it. You won't be disappointed.
