Chris was very prompt in returning my call and even providing an idea of costs were involved over the phone. I have been having issues with my dishwasher for some time. Chris came in and resolved my issues rather quickly and at a reasonable cost. The service itself was on time, neat and even provided me with some tips on future appliance purchases. I would not hesitate to recommend Uptown to anyone.
