This was our 3rd project with Vitor from Voxel Builds (see previous reviews). When we were ready to build our dream house there was no question who we'd use. When you invest your entire life's savings into a project, there's several factors you need from a contractor...
1. The quality of the craftsmanship.
2. Someone you can trust, as there will always be surprises and you need to know you're not being taken advantage of.
3. Someone you can work with, as it's a true partnership.
4. Someone who's motivated to get the job done in a timely manor.

Victor and his team are 10/10 in all these categories. He's been working with his guys for many years (sometimes decades) and you can see the mutual respect. Vitor is a hands on guy who'll be onsite ensuring the project is done to the highest standards every step of the way. He's always willing to have you involved and educate you through the process, which I appreciated.

Vitor is the man. If you want something done right, Vitor is a must. We first used him for our Kitchen. Nailed it. Then the downstairs den and washroom, nailed it. Then the entire upstairs bedrooms and washrooms, nailed it again. I also used him for my office construction at Yonge and Sheppard and nailed it again. Never leaves a job until it is 100% completed and his trades are the best. Hard to find a good contractor an one you can trust so thank you Vitor for being so amazing and honest! He is the top 10% in his field no question.

This is our second project with Vitor (Voxel Builds). We previously did the first floor renovation, which Vitor knocked out of the park. You can see the review here:

This time we did the second floor, which included 2 washrooms. The pictures speak for themselves. The level of detail and thought that went into the layout of the tiles was truly impressive. The craftsmanship is always top notch, and that's important with tilling/bathrooms. Additionally, we were working with a limited budget, and in a HUGE rush to get the renovation completed, as we purchased another house and had to get this one listed FAST. Vitor really came through for us with prioritizing the project, getting it done lightning fast, while not compromising on quality. He's also great with suggestions on how to install and procure materials to save money. Be sure to ask him about his preferred vendors that will pass on the discount!

The house sold for record numbers in the area. We purchased the property for $761,000 in 2017 - after Vitor's renovations we sold it for $1.18M in 2020! This profit allowed us to purchase a teardown bungalow in a beautiful neighborhood in Etobicoke, and of course, we're only trusting Vitor with this project. Never any hidden fees, or gouging after the fact. We don't need to price him out. And we always know we're getting a terrific price. I've been told, by people in the know, that we have to name our first born Vitor, and they're probably right.

What's more, my kitchen manufacturer, who does extremely high end homes, was so impressed with Vitor that they have since worked on many projects together. He says Vitor is easily top 3 contractors that he's ever met.

Vitor and his team are a pleasure to work with. They completed a top floor overhaul including bedrooms, bathrooms and an extension of our en-suite walk in closet. Quality work from top to bottom! He’s transformed the space in to an oasis, our absolute favourite spaces of our home. I highly recommend Voxel Builds and will be coming back to them for any additional work we need. Turned large 3,000 square foot home into giant open concept with dream kitchen!

This involved significant structural work, including 3 giant steel beams weighing over 5k pounds. No other contractor could have done this! Vitor has the utmost integrity, which is extremely important when looking for the right partner. Regularly went above and beyond and met the tight timeline.

Voxel Builds Inc. did an excellent job on our kitchen renovation, new floors, and various other upgrades in our downtown condo. Vitor was honest, organized, and clear about what was happening and when. He hired reliable and top notch trades who did the job right. Whenever an issue did come up, Vitor was there to fix it and make it right. We were very impressed with their customer service and will definitely use them again.

We are very pleased with the work provided by Vitor. His team was very good. We emptied the main floor of our house and lived in the basement during the reno. He kept in touch with timelines, trades etc and his work was very good. He was very helpful getting us set back up into the new space and arranged for a cleaner also. We interviewed many contractors before we found Vitor. He renovated the first three floors of our house over several months - a total gut job on a 100+ year home in the Beach. He had a tight timeline because we sold our old house and had a closing date that could not be altered. He provided us an accurate and detailed quote that was mid-range compared to other contractors. Not only did he complete the job within the specified time period he stayed within the estimated budget and the craftsmanship is impeccable. Whenever an issue arose Vitor took the time to sit down with us and explain everything. I did not feel rushed and felt as though my concerns and opinions were being heard. He truly does take pride in his work and client satisfaction is his priority. Many friends visit our home and comment on how well done the finishes are. He is now doing our basement and we have no doubt that it will be done to the same high standard as the rest of our home.
