Artisan Plumbing

They came to fix our shower unit. We had already ordered a new shower unit but they were convinced they can fix the problem with the old unit. They charged us and left. the problem was never fixed and when we called them back they were not wanting to take any responsibility to we lost 180 dollars and it achieved nothing. Please don't trust them. I wanted to post this to help others from being taken advantage of.

I had a leak under the soaker tub that was coming through the main living room ceiling. Sam came by within a day and did a thorough investigation. It was tricky finding the leak. He didnt jump to solutions without thorough review.
He fixed the leak temporarily..gave us a quote from his supplier for new faucet set.
He came back to fix it the following day. Great with his work, did a clean up of the site and good quotes on his prices.
