No heat from the furnace since 3 days

PLEASE DO NOT go with this company.... They recently had me switch to their company for furnace maintenance promising 24*7 support etc etc... All false claims... My furnace is not working since 3 days... I had followed up with their company countless times begging for help... Service technician came home to analyze the problem at 2:30AM as their technicians are busy addressing other clients... Seriously??? Claiming to be such a big company & they have one technician servicing the entire GTA... I was promised that the part that got worn out will be replaced today & now I get a call stating, we are sorry for the inconvenience... we do not have the required part for your furnace model... We have to wait for the shipment etc. I am freezing with my family since 3 days with no heat from the furnace... This is totally ridiculous & I am helpless... I do not want any one else to go through this pain... PLEASE DO NOT Opt for their services!!! unfortunately I have to select a star to complete this posting.. If there is anything less than ZERO, I would be rating using that.
