We hired Revolve Renovations to do a complete remodel of our basement. Our plan was to take a “well used” basement that had endured years of mini sticks and hockey nets and young kids and make it a comfortable space for teenagers and adults. The team at Revolve understood our vision and their design professionals gave us feed back and input that helped bring the project to life. Angela and Curtis were always available to answer our questions and it was very reassuring to see constant progress being made. Home renovations can be very stressful on home owners but the team at Revolve was attentive and helpful and really made the entire process easy for us. The finished product is exactly what we had hoped for, was completed on time and was with in the range of the budget Revolve had quoted us. We really could not have asked for anything more. We would definitely recommend Revolve Renovations to any one looking for a professional and truly stress free home reno project.

We hired Revolve Renos to finish the basement in our 1980s bungalow, shortly after we moved in. We had already sketched out our idea for the basement, which they were very open to, and construction started almost immediately.

Curtis and Angela were incredibly understanding. When a crack in our foundation was discovered, it threatened the completion of the project. Thankfully, they allowed us to do the painting ourselves. This saved us enough money to repair the crack and close up a wall that was not originally part of the project (there was a single existing room).

Occasionally, response time to emails was slower than I'd like. But to be fair, our project started just a few weeks before a massive reno boom hit the city, and they were obviously dealing with communication issues on their end as well, as trades everywhere were in extremely high demand.

Looking back, there are, of course, a few things I would have done differently. But hindsight is always 20/20. And the minor changes I would make are not deal breakers. They would not prevent me from hiring them again or recommending them to others..

We had our new home built 10 years ago, and we had asked our builder if we could use Curtis's company for the finishing work on the upper floors. We were so impressed that we had Curtis's company developed the full basement. The builder in turn continue to use Curtis for all his new homes. Having great experiences dealing with Curtis and Angela during the last 3 years, I continue to refer my friends and clients to them. All have been impressed with their expertise, knowledge and up to date trends and what suits the client's style and budget. I highly recommend and was a satisfied client myself.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen! Angela and Curtis at Revolve Renos were outstanding during our renovation. They were easy to work with and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. If they didn’t have an immediate answer they were quick to follow up.
Prior to our renovation we heard so many horror stories about contractors that disappeared for days or weeks or didn’t follow up on promises made or it took way longer than originally quoted. We had NONE of that! They were open and honest right from the start. They were eager to meet with us and then meet with us again to go over their quote in detail. They really listened to what we wanted and didn’t impose their own preferences on our selections. They told us that it would take 6 weeks to completely transform our main floor – we secretly didn’t believe them so we prepared ourselves for 3 months. It took 7 weeks! We were thrilled!
Angela was great at assisting with lighting, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, flooring, etc. She was very patient and was focused on what we wanted. When we asked her opinion she really was determined to make sure it was our choice and not her own but she has a wealth of knowledge that really was useful in making the decisions. She would also narrow down the selections based on our likes and dislikes so that we didn’t have to decide from thousands of options. We could simply look at 4 or 5. This was so helpful and way less overwhelming. It made the selections process so much fun!
When we had questions about the construction, Curtis was also quick to respond. He always expected the best from the trades and made sure the space was cleaned up every day. This was much appreciated as we were still living in the house during the renovation. There is always construction dust during a reno but the main floor was always swept and garbage was disposed of immediately. Nothing was left in “shambles” from day to day work. It was greatly appreciated. He was also able to point out flaws that needed fixing before we even noticed them. The attention to detail was very refreshing.
Overall, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. The quality and workmanship were excellent and the customer service was outstanding. We would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat….and we already have!

These guy are incredible!!! We are at the point in our lives that we are about to retire and we wanted our house to be ready to do so. (ie. all brought up to date)
With Angela's keen eye for selecting colours and Curtis great carpentry skills and problem solving capabilities we now have our house ready for our retirement. Great job guys!!! It's true what they say "projects that revolve around us!!"

I called planet builders for a quote. We were on a tight budget as we have a brand new baby at home. Planet had quoted $40000 for bare bones. I called up Revolve and asked them to come in and quote. They're quote not only came in at $5000 less but I was getting so much more. The other company also was going to take so long to get the job done. With a baby in the house that just wasn't ideal. Revolve has been so amazing with all the trades people being so friendly, fast and respectful. They have kept the job site clean and garbage free. Angela and Curtis are so great at what they do. They are always good for offering advise and they know the ins and outs of renos and building. I'm so happy I went with Revolve instead of a large company. They are well worth it. Thanks guys. You have made us a happy family. :)

Angela and Curtis are the owners of Revolve Renos. Angela is a kitchen designer and Curtis is the Construction Manager. They helped our condo renovation project be finished in a more timely manner. They had access to trades that we would struggle to have coordinated on our own. Curtis and Angela are very professional and pleasant to deal with.
