York Concrete Inc.

I have called York Concrete off the internet because of the good reviews.
In March 25, 2017 Joe came to give ma a quote for Porch and driveway project, he seemed great person and after informative meeting, we went back and forth about design and pricing but eventually we agreed and down payment was sent.
Project was booked, but after many follow-ups Joe never came to do the work up until i got frustrated and asked to refund me my money.
Joe tried to sign me on the Refund Agreement which doesnt allow me to write any review (thats why he got so many good reviews).
After lots of back and forward he agreed to change the refund agreement and i have signed it.
After many emails promising to send me my down payment and tons of follow up i have never seen my money from him, and eventually he stopped responding to me completely.
BE aware!

Joe and his crew came on time and worked professionally, neatly and carefully. Joe definitely knows what he is doing!
He was very courteous and I would recommend York Concrete to everyone! This company received a 10 out of 10 from us.

Joe and his crew from York Concrete did an amazing job in my backyard!!! Joe was very friendly and helpful when it came down to choosing colors and the type of stamps. We shopped around for a long time before we hired York Concrete and now know we made a great decision. Price was just right and no one was as professional as Joe!!
