WRONG DIAGNOSIS:
The fridge and freezer were not cooling. The Technician from RG Appliance (whose name I will not mention) said that the compressor had to be replaced and it would cost Rs.500. He would not be able to do it himself but would call someone else from the company.
We called for another opinion and it was the OVERLOAD RELAY that had to be replaced. The cost was less than half of what was quoted by the RG technician.
Unfortunately, we had to pay $60 for a wrong diagnosis.
