No heat from furnace on a Saturday afternoon. Called Cosmopolitan. Technician (forgot his name) was able to come and assess the situation the same day. He discovered the problem: a broken iComfort thermostat. He does not have an unit on hand to replace and so he rewired the furnace so that I could have heat when needed (very much appreciated). Ather Hassan (the engineer who sold me the furnace in 2012) phoned me up on Monday to follow-up. He brought in the new icomfort unit and installed it. He was meticulous and ran many tests on the unit before leaving. The engineers I have met so far through Cosmopolitan have been superb. I also appreciated the ease of getting through to a live agent at Cosmopolitan. The only area for improvement is in the call centre staff's attention to detail such as noting which telephone number to call you back with.
