Called RGI at around noon on a Sunday. Nino called me at 2:30pm the same day. He arrived in 30min and had the whole job done in 15-20min. Fast service :)

No heat from furnace on a Saturday afternoon. Called Cosmopolitan. Technician (forgot his name) was able to come and assess the situation the same day. He discovered the problem: a broken iComfort thermostat. He does not have an unit on hand to replace and so he rewired the furnace so that I could have heat when needed (very much appreciated). Ather Hassan (the engineer who sold me the furnace in 2012) phoned me up on Monday to follow-up. He brought in the new icomfort unit and installed it. He was meticulous and ran many tests on the unit before leaving. The engineers I have met so far through Cosmopolitan have been superb. I also appreciated the ease of getting through to a live agent at Cosmopolitan. The only area for improvement is in the call centre staff's attention to detail such as noting which telephone number to call you back with.

Tom provided excellent customer service and meticulously inspected our family home. Furthermore, he was punctual and provided a detailed report addressing the problems involving the property. I would recommend his services.

Initially, I had found Nestor through the HomeStars website to repaint the exterior of the house. He came in to give a competitive estimate the very same day that I had contacted him. Nestor and his team took care to remove door handles and knobs before putting on the primer and then two additional layers of paint. When he found that my gutters are rusted through, he showed the problem to me and gave me a quote to have the gutters replaced. Whenever I had any questions or concerns, Nestor was quick to return my calls and solve the problems. You can tell that he enjoys his work and takes pride doing it.
