Peace of Mind installed a new propane furnace for me...very pleased with the service and the folks that removed the old oil furnace and tank and did the install.

Peace of Mind gave us the lowest quote for our furnace replacement and great service. The person who came to estimate the equipment was actually the lead technician and he explained everything to me in detail. Would recommend to my friends and family.

Had a boiler installed by POM and found that it was leaking yesterday. Irving came to repair the problem and started that the damaged part was well over five years old.

Would never ever use or recommend this company to anyone. Let the buyer beware!!!

Charged 2 hrs labor when 1.15 minutes service provided which included technician going out to get the part he needed. Time verified by tenant. We were away on vacation otherwise my husband would have fixed the issue. The problem was an easy fix and we estimated that it would be repaired within 1 hour service call. We were surprised to be charge for 2 hour service. So is it right that we be charged for the full second hour of labor when the service technician was only there for 15 min. In the second hour.
Would it have made a difference if the technician had the part he needed to do the repair?

The estimate was accurate and the work was done on time. We recieved friendly service. Staff was very friendly and informative. They would not take payment until we were 100% happy with their work.
