One of the joys of moving into an older home is discovering the flaws missed during the home inspection. In our case it was a failed custom-sized window in the walkout basement, causing a 7 degree temperature drop in that part of the house. Not a problem you want during an Alberta January. Greenfox manufactured a new window to size, expertly installed it, and the area was noticeably warmer in minutes. We will definitely call Greenfox when the time comes to replace our other windows.

We were very pleased with the purchase, installation and after inspection of our front door from Greenfox Windows and Doors. The whole process was professional and considerate. Greenfox kept us informed as to updates on when our door would be in their business and ready for installation.

The person installing our door was considerate of the work space and subsequent clean-up of the area afterwards. All of our dealing with people from Greenfox was pleasant and and timely.

Even the after inspection of our door (once it was installed) was a good experience - thank-you, Greenfox, for the Starbucks card and for the tree planted up in Fort Mac as a result of using your company.

We are in the market for windows and possibly and back door in the next several years and we would not hesitate to use Greenfox Windows and Doors again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Very professional. Very quick to respond to coming to my home and providing a quote. I also attended there shop so I could look at larger sample windows in-person. The window was ready and installed during the promised time. The men who installed my window did a wonderful job, they ensured my floors were protected when they brought in the window and cleaned up after the installation. I no longer feel a cold draft when I am sitting by the window and have a beautiful view of my back yard as I am not longer looking thorough a clouded window. I would highly recommend Greenfox to anyone needs their windows replaced or updating their windows.

Service was exceptional from initial meeting to when we met to sign the contract. Installers were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how the windows worked. They made sure to come for inspection to ensure the windows. I highly recommend this company. Very professional and you will be happy with the result.

We replaced our back door (19 years old) with one that had a larger window that is triple glazed. Installers did a great job and the door looks so much better. Seals great and keeps the area by the door much warmer than the old door did.

Good service and good quality windows. Workers were very professional and on time. Cleaned up area after done. Had some issues and they were fixed timely and no . Overall good experience with all staff and will be using them again in spring.
