Bruce the sales rep was exactly on time to perform the inspection for an quote. Nick the installer also was right on time and cleaned up after the installation was done. It’s only the little details, but it makes a big difference! We have used a local Langley business in the past but we will be calling Thompson whenever we’re in need of a heating or hot water appliance or service.

Arrived at the time you said would be here, took the time to go over the job with us and time line for finishing. There were a couple of complications that had to be hurdled but being a tradesman myself, nothing that doesn't have a solution, he handled it easily. Second man arrived later with necessary part, 2nd tradesman a bit after and off it went. Good job done well ! ! ! Plus they had a handicap, me hanging around and Russell our 3 year old Chocolate Lab wanted to assist at all times, which as you probably know involves a lot of face kisses and wagging of a large dangerous tail. Thanks to both fellows and to Bruce for his pitch and suggestions for us. We will certainly let others know of our good experience. Thanks Ted and Janis Downey

From several quotes I chose to go with Thompson to upgrade from an old furnace and water tank to high efficiency condensing furnace and rinnai tankless water heater. They also included replacement of my main water shut-off and pressure reducing valve. I was pleased with the experience from first quotation to end of project. I made it clear to the installers I am fairly picky with workmanship and a clean and tidy Install. They didn't cut any corners and the end results was a very clean install that looks and performs great. Overall great work, and their quote seemed reasonably in line with their competition. Although the Fortis rebate process is ongoing, it's nice that Thompson files this as well.
