Tempasure Heating And Air Conditioning

My air conditioner wasn't working. It was 31C in my office. I texted Tempasure after reading great reviews on Homestars.com. The technician called me back within minutes and scheduled an appointment for later in the afternoon. Then, during the call he started asking some troubleshooting questions, and during that process realized the problem I was likely having - a dirty, clogged air filter on the furnace. He told me the steps to take to get the air conditioner working again, we cancelled the appointment and I saved the cost of a service call. This type of customer-service attitude is so hard to find these days. It's no wonder the reviews were so good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tempasure and they will be my go-to HVAC company from now on. Thanks again for all the help!
