Len answered my text very quickly and understood that we badly needed our furnace fixed in the dead of winter. He swung by our place to quickly assess and quote before another job. He then fit us into his schedule the same day and worked quickly and efficiently. He did a great job: our heat is surprisingly back on considering how old and rusted our furnace is, he was courteous and fair.
