Wildlife Shield

For at least 6 months different companies inspected and charged me without results.
Wildlife shield inspector was very thorough and found the entry point of squirrels, missed by all other companies. In two visits the problem was solved, hopefully for a long time.
In my experience, the most knowledgeable people to help with this tenacious critter.

Squirrels broke through my solar panel squirrel guard barrier and nested. Grant was outstanding. He was careful and meticulous in his work. He assured me repeatedly as I had concerns about the additional screws being put into the shingles to hold the squirrel guard in place. I am hopeful that no leaks will occur and understand there is a two year guarantee. I wish I knew about them earlier for the original installation!

I had a very unusual situation because the raccoons had been inside the attic for about 5 years. Wildlife Shield was amazing. The damage was extensive and the animals did not get back in. It took the gentleman the whole day to fix all the damage. I would highly recommend this company.

I used the team for a number of needs over a period of a few months. They were extremely easy to deal with, followed through consistently over time to make sure things were in a good place and were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a report of an animal in an attic of a house I own - it had got in through a roof vent - I called Wildlife Shield - they told me $350 to get rid of animal. I agreed, so they came to the site and called me and told me that they needed to put screens on the vents and this would increase price to $450. I agreed. Except when they were done, they gave me bill for almost $900. Clearly they tricked me!! And then they didn't even finish the job - there are still several vents with no screens. Beware of these people, they are not what they seem to be.

I found the people at Wildlife Shield to be very knowledgeable, as well as quite friendly and pleasant to deal with. The crew that did the work was very efficient. The work was done well, and very promptly, but with complete thoroughness. Even the initial phone consultation was very through, and left me very well informed so that I could make my choice.

Moved into a house that had many problems including rats. A previous exterminator used poison, which caused a rat to die IN the walls creating a horrible odour in the kitchen and the basement unit. Richard came over, disinfected and deodorized inside the walls to eliminate the smell. He also discovered a raccoon den under the back deck, so he disinfected that, caged off the bottom of the deck and installed a one-way door so any remaining rats could leave the house and not return. Also put out snap traps inside the house and big ones in the backyard.
It's been three weeks, have not seen any rats in the traps, no new smells have occurred, and no new rat droppings in the basement unit. Appreciate the work, the professionalism, and the peace of mind.

Wildlife Shield removed birds nest from a vent and then came back to install a mesh grate. Humane, quick, professional. I would use them again for any other animal or bird removal.

We were unlucky enough to have a raccoon ripping up our brand new roof, days after installation. In a panic, I made call after call to pest control/wildlife removal companies. Only two of those, returned my call. Simon of Wildlife shield/The exterminators called back within 15mins, gave me a quick appointment and advice to get us through until their arrival. When Richard came to our home (on time, friendly & prepared) we were so relieved. He immediately assessed the situation, took the time to discuss the plan and gave us options and recommendations. It turned out that we had mice, squirrels and raccoons trying to make our attic their home sweet home. Once we decided on how best to proceed, he went into action. Within an hour and a half, he was done. He came inside and wrote up our receipt, took care of the payment and set up a follow up & gave some recommendations on things we may want to take care of in the future. We couldn\'92t feel more satisfied with the whole experience. Thank you so much to the whole team at Wildlife Shield/the Exterminators, for everything!

Job was done in a reasonable time. We were able to communicate to get the job done satisfactory. There has not been any site of any raccoons since Richard has been out April 6th.
