We have recently contracted Impact Roof works to replace the roof. The roof was in very bad condition and needed to be replaced ASAP before winter sets in. Ryan inspected the roof , gave as a quote and date of starting pending weather permitting. Mather nature was not very nice to us, but at first sign that sunshine will hold for a couple of days, Ryan and his crew was on the job. They worked Friday and Saturday and the job was completed. Ryan also checked and repaired my attic and made recommendation for the future repairs. All through the process he was very friendly, courteous, and professional. The work was done quickly, and the place was left clean. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew and will use his service without hesitation in the future.

Ryan did a great job in repairing our roof twice, which was damaged by raccoons. Ryan was able to come fairly quickly and was very pleasant to deal with. We really enjoyed Ryan's work ethic from start to finish. He was quick with a great attitude, yet thorough and professional. Fair pricing on the job and stuck within a timeline.
In addition, (to where it wasn't asked of him, but much appreciated) he took before, during, and after photos which is great for our clients. This guy knows how to handle a business and to get the job done right. So far, so good and the leaks in our clients home are sealed and the quality seems great. Colour match was off, but it was unable to be matched to as it is quite old and faded (not seen anyway, so no big deal).

A number of units in my freehold townhouse complex needed to have the shingles on the garage replaced. The owners decided that it would be both better and cheaper if we all did our roofs together than individually. As the organizer, it was necessary for me to find a roofer who would be flexible working in a narrow laneway with no space for a garbage bin, curbside delivery of shingles, or extra vehicles. I found Impact Roof Works through Homestars. I got several quotes and Impact’s quote was very reasonable and in line with that of another large roofing contractor with good reviews on Homestars. However, I chose Impact because Ryan was courteous, respectful, patient, flexible, and a good communicator. He was very patient in answering my questions, explained everything to me in detail, and kept me informed of his timing. Ryan and his team did not get frustrated whenever they needed to move their trucks to make way for others in the laneway. Workmanship looks very good and they cleaned up well. Ryan has a great attitude and obviously cares about customer satisfaction. Definitely a 10!

Ryan and his workers were very friendly and polite and had great workmanship. The job took a second day due to unforeseen circumstances on his part but he communicated that and everything worked out. His colour suggestion was spot on and the roof looks fantastic.
