FH in Toronto

We are a design/build company who mostly subs out our work. We deal with lots of sub-trades and outside companies providing us products and services. Doors and More is a quality company that does quality work. The owner Frank is great. He's patient and addresses concerns accordingly. They get very busy so sometimes a response lags, but that's how it is in this industry. As long as the job gets done well and any fixes that may be appropriate are completed, we really can't complain. Our customer's glass was made and installed by the timelines discussed and look great. We've had an issue with one panel and we've already arranged a time to have it fixed next week. We will continue to use Doors and More and recommend them to others. We are a design/build company that mostly subs out our work to other professional companies (ie. roofing). We really enjoyed Ryan's work ethic from start to finish. He was quick with a great attitude, yet thorough and professional. Fair pricing on the job and stuck within a timeline. In addition, (to where it wasn't asked of him, but much appreciated) he took before, during, and after photos which is great for our clients. This guy knows how to handle a business and to get the job done right. So far, so good and the leaks in our clients home are sealed and the quality seems great. Colour match was off, but it was unable to be matched to as it is quite old and faded (not seen anyway, so no big deal). We will be calling Ryan out for our future jobs when roofing services are needed. We highly recommend. Thanks Ryan.

We are a design/build company and have now used Frontop a couple of times and so far, so good. They are very fast and efficient with service and patient with any questions you may have. I requested a survey at another job site just yesterday evening and they are sending someone out this afternoon (not even 24 hours later). I'm glad we've found them and hope to be able to work with them even more in the future. I've already recommended them for a survey to someone I know, and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. Thanks Frank & co.

We are a design/build company in Toronto and we deal with old houses that contain asbestos quite a bit. We called A1 Eco because we weren't pleased with the last company used and needed to try someone new. Warren was quick and efficient in giving a quote. He was on time, inspected the house before we arrived and let us know is suspicions behind closed walls and showed us areas that we hadn't even realized were asbestos (around the floor registers). We had 2 exposed vents with asbestos and he suspected a third, and said he was 90% sure it would be wrapped in asbestos- low and behold he was correct. When giving the quote he even told us the price before opening the wall in case there was asbestos behind it. It was great knowing all the fees up front and he was even going to try and work the schedule to be a day sooner so that it would not disrupt work for us on site. He sent us about 15 photos of the before/during phase of removal and constantly kept me updated. It is very hard to find people/companies who want to work WITH you these days and all of Warren's efforts have not gone unnoticed. We look forward to working with A1 again on the next project that they're needed on. Thanks Warren!
