As a general contractor I'm always looking for the best trades and I've always had trouble finding good roofers - until I meet Ryan! My clients had a small roof leak that was small enough that it was difficult to pin-point but was big enough to cause water damage over time. Within five minutes of being on site Ryan knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. My client was also worried about a chimney that was not in use and structurally unsafe and we had quotes from masons to remove it that were very high. Ryan mentioned that he could do it and the cost for fixing the roof AND taking down the chimney was WAY less than any quote we had received from the masons - awesome!

He also had my clients best interest in mind as well - something rare to find - when the client asked about an estimate for re-shingling the whole roof. To my surprise Ryan told me ,"he could give me an estimate-but it was a waste of money and that the roof was in great shape. The roof had minimum ten more years!" That sort of honesty from a trade is worth its weight in gold to me and any homeowner.

At the end of the day Ryan had showed up when he said he would, was very polite, honest, and was overall very focused on doing the best job he could do all for a great price. Ryan and Impact roofing has moved up to be the first person I call for any of my roofing projects - hands down.

I’m a bathroom renovator from Toronto and I know how hard it is to get a reliable contractor to come in and do the job on time and on budget. Rayan is one of my best side trades I use him every time I need a exhaust vent installed for one of my clients and I used him to re-shingle my house. He responds to every message and he comes when he says he will, that alone is better then most of my sub trades. Do not hesitate to call because is the best!

Ryan did a great job on the flat roof of our downtown Toronto project. We are contractors and know the importance of good communication and professionalism. Ryan displayed both and we will be using his services for future projects.

Garage roof was leaking and Ryan was very prompt in setting up a date to fix it before any further damage could occur. Job was clean and as usual, workmanship was excellent. This was the 2nd job I have worked on with Ryan and have two more planned roofing projects for the upcoming spring. Wouldn't hesitate to call upon Ryan again in the future. Easy to communicate with, reasonable and fair pricing and always outlines the job in detail in his contract so there are no surprises or misunderstandings.

We had recently installed Stone Coated Steel Roofing, but were unsatisfied with the way it was finished by the original installers. Ryan from Impact Metal, Asphalt, and Flat Roofing provided an excellent service, and improved the look and finish of the roof, by redoing some of the flashing and edges, on the main roof, our flat roof (over our mudroom), and on the front gable over the porch. For a reasonable, competitive price, Ryan was very punctual, very professional, and was able to do excellent work in a short period of time (all in freezing cold weather).

Impact roofing did an excellent job on our commercial site. Job was completed on time and as per scope and definitely helped the overall look and finish of our project.

Impact was great! We had a leak in our roof in mid-December. Ryan come over as soon as possible to assess the damage and patch our roof. Ryan answered all of our question and was honnest about what should be done and when. We decided to complete only part of the roof and wait to do the rest in the spring when the shingles would bind better. Three or four days later, he came back to complete the job as he knew our roof needed to be fix before snow hit.
We highly recommend Impact! And we use them again in the future.

I worked with my neighbour in order to re-shingle the roofing on our combined semi detached houses at the same time.
