Chris thoroughly inspected a 1912 heritage home that my husband and I were considering purchasing. We found Chris was very professional, knowledgeable and diligent in his work. Before he began the inspection he listened to our renovation ideas and then spent over 5 hours combing every square inch of the home and considered some of our specific requests (eg. vaulting ceilings, expanding living spaces etc). In the end we did not purchase the home but having the inspection gave us valuable time in the home and allowed us to decide if it was for us or not. Had we gone ahead, the information Chris provided would have positively informed our renovation plans.
