Chris came as a recommendation from a co-worker. They told me that he was super diligent, delivered an excellent report with lots of photos and explained a lot of things during the inspection. He went over and above their expectations and they were sure that he would do a good job for me too. Well, they were right. I found the same things when dealing with Chris too. From the moment that he answered the phone and took down my information, through to the inspection, debrief and follow-up phone call, Chris showed the highest professionalism. He was very efficient with the inspection and I learned so much through out the whole thing. He is personable and a great person.
