We needed a solution for our 40 year old squeaky floors.
Complete Flooring inc. was recommended to us by other customers.
The owner ( Doru Gordan ) showed up in time, he was always punctual and kept his promisses.

We had an initial discussion where he provided several options .
We have chosen to replace the floors wih new ones, although the other solution ( repairing , sanding and staining woud have been more cost effective )
The installers / workers in Doru's team are skilled and have good customer service and also had a lot of patience with us .

We are very satisfied with the end result and we will recommend Complete Flooring, Doru Gordan and his team for most flooring projects.

Updated review - We had an issue with old stain bleeding through newly refinished floors. Company came back to resolve the issues. They scraped the old stain, buffed floors and applied new coat of urethane.

Very very happy with the results. Although we requested a quote for a new floor we were told that our floors were good quality and just needed refinishing, which saved us time and money. This was the only quote of 3 that provided a written quote (and when completed, an invoice and a warranty). The crew were excellent, on time and our floor looks like new. My acid test is if I could go back in time would I hire the same firm and I definitely would. I would also gladly provide references.

If you need your floors done I am strongly recommend using this Company, was the one of the smart moves I have done lately .

Damaged new walls during the floor installation. Which we fixed ourselves. There were ALOT of touch ups and repairs that needed to be completed after the install. They included raw flooring not stained near the baseboards, chips in the floor near the stair rails, chips in the stairs. He promised to come back to repair them. After several attempts to contact him, he never returned my e-mails or voice messages and nothing has been fixed. Would not recommend this company.
