Very responsive and communicative pre-move, the movers were careful not to damage our furniture or the walls. We had some issues with the "full service" move (it wasn't to our satisfaction) and I was able to get in touch with customer service who offered me a couple of options of how to remedy the situation.
Do not use them for a "full service move"
They are extremely professional, responsive, and polite BEFORE your move. I completely trusted them. The movers were polite and careful with our furniture. That being said
1) They did not follow COVID protocols AT ALL even when asked multiple times. They didn't stay distanced, they didn't wear their masks properly, etc.
2) They did not take their snow-covered shoes off even when asked
3) Their time estimate for the move was completely off
4) We paid them for a "full service move". They claimed we could "walk right out of the house" and they would take care of everything. I told them beforehand what items to take/leave. I labelled items in the house of what to take/leave and I walked the lead mover through the whole home on the day of the move and told him exactly what to take/leave. They took items I told them not to and left A TON of items (7 hours worth of packing and moving--appliances, food, curtains, clothes, crib, etc.) that we specifically asked them to bring
5) We asked them to use our packing materials first before using theirs (that they charge for). They left 12 large moving boxes of ours and charged us for about 20 small moving boxes of theirs that they used
6) Their customer service when we filed a complaint was TERRIBLE. They never got back to us when they said they would, I had to hound them down for everything, wait on hold, send multiple emails, and they wore me down into taking a paltry sum of compensation because I just wanted to be done dealing with them.
STAY AWAY. So much more stress than regular movers where you at least get what you pay for
