Pre-move: easy to book, always available to answer questions, automatic confirmations that give you peace of mind.
During the move: movers showed up ahead of time, very professional and careful (Latrell and Moussa). I missed the time slot that I had booked at my new building and the next available slot was SIX HOURS LATER! -All the members of the team showed compassion and respect for what I was going through. Starting with Latrell and Moussa and ending with Tiam, they made me feel understood and worked with me to find an economical solution that would allow me to have my “life” in my new condo on the same day. They could have taken this as an opportunity to sell me more services and charge me exorbitant amounts of money for the wait. They did not. Shout out to the entire team for OUTSTANDING customer service and ethics.
Post-move: A floor lamp was broken during the move. As soon as I let Tiam know he offered to pay. Since I had not properly packed it, I said that I would pay 50%. He insisted on paying it in full and did transfer the funds right away… including taxes!!!
Overall, I am very impressed with their passion for the business, their empathy with their clients, their ethics and impeccable customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without hesitation.
