Let's Get Moving Canada

I called in advance so I would have a smooth move. Let's Get Moving was over 1 hour late. Over charged us. They did not have clothing boxes or tools that I asked for in advance. The girl on phone in Vancouver hung up on me. The two drivers spook broken english, it was hard to communicate my moving needs. They did not put anything on the floor to protect it. They did not cover my expensive sofa. I had to ask them two times to cover it. It was so unorganized I had to step in and guide them how to move. They are NOT trained in anyway. They forgot my expensive art work on the truck. My partner had to track them down to get it back. NO HELP. Moving is hard and Let's Get Moving made my move emotional for all and traumatic. DO NOT USE "Lets Get Moving" FOR YOUR MOVE. Please...
