We had a great experience with Reliance Calgary. Our meeting with Daniel about what we wanted to do went really well. He was interested in getting us the product we needed with the best possible deal. the installation of the air conditioning unit was scheduled 5 days later. The installation was done really well. Our basement is unfinished but they installed the least intrusive way they could and it's nice and clean. The a/c unit is sitting on a really nice solid pad beside the house. It included a new NEST thermostat which is a great addition to our home. It was a way better experience than the local company we chose to upgrade our furnace and hot water tank a few years ago. We would definitely recommend Reliance to our friends and family.

The sales rep was friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were on time and explained what all they would be doing, they got to work and got the install completed in a bit under 5 hours. They cleaned up any mess created and were very personable and efficient.

Today we used Reliance in Calgary for the first time and received exceptional service from Darren. His knowledge and customer service skills are exemplary! Great workmanship, great install team, great experience!! We are thrilled to have endless hot water for our tenants. Dustin and Blue were absolutely fantastic to deal with and cleaned up the entire room even though they did not have to use the whole thing.

I had reliance install a tankless water heater and a water softener in late October on the second attempt due to poor communication between the sales staff and installers. Once installed the installers took the time to walk me through everything they did and how to operate the new equipment. Which I did appreciate. My big issue came a couple months later when I was expecting to see my government rebate for having this equipment installed. After three months of waiting and nothing showing up I tried several times to contact the sale guy both through email and phone all of which ended up being unsuccessful. Then I contacted their 1888 number where they told me to contact the government. So upon contacting the government they informed me that reliance never submitted the paperwork for me to obtain my rebate. Final word is sales staff not great, installers are awesome and the office staff from the little experience I have had with them are also not great.

Went with the monthly payment as they will service and upgrade the system as needed... the install was very quick and efficient ... very pleased with the professional manner Reliance deals with there customers ..
