I had reliance install a tankless water heater and a water softener in late October on the second attempt due to poor communication between the sales staff and installers. Once installed the installers took the time to walk me through everything they did and how to operate the new equipment. Which I did appreciate. My big issue came a couple months later when I was expecting to see my government rebate for having this equipment installed. After three months of waiting and nothing showing up I tried several times to contact the sale guy both through email and phone all of which ended up being unsuccessful. Then I contacted their 1888 number where they told me to contact the government. So upon contacting the government they informed me that reliance never submitted the paperwork for me to obtain my rebate. Final word is sales staff not great, installers are awesome and the office staff from the little experience I have had with them are also not great.
