This company installled an AC unit 1 year ago and it has not worked properly in that time. After great effort on my part , the technician have made a total of 4 times, 3 of which have been this summer. They say this is a new unit not refurbished but have dealt with coolant loss after the initial installation and the unit freezing repeatedly this season.
The unit is not functioning as it should, the company; nevertheless, the company expects to be paid. I've spent long periods on hold to speak with apologetic representatives; spent countless sleepless nights in an over-heated home; and soothed cranky, uncomfortable children who cannot sleep all as a result of disfunctional
air conditioning.
If your mechanic did not fix your vehicle, would you pay him and continue to pay the next service visits? I don't think so.
