This summer I discovered a squirrel had moved into my attic. My house had also recently had a problem with rats. I found Pest Maven on Homestars and asked Rob to come to the house to look at the problem. Rob immediately made me confident that he would be able to resolve not only the squirrel issue but also protect me from having another rat issue. Rob inspected the entire exterior of my house and fixed all of the potential entry points. The squirrel moved out and no other creatures have moved in. I would highly recommend Rob and Pest Maven to anyone who has any kind of rodent issue. If you are looking for an expert who is friendly, fair and trustworthy Rob is your man!

Rob is very pleasant and knowledgable professional. He found the issue very quickly and promptly fix it properly and permanently. His final cost was below what he had quoted on the phone which shows his integrity. We definitely recommend him.

My wife and I recently moved into a west-end condo, and low and behold, we have silverfish. I understand how everyone in Vancouver has these guys, but I’m not charging them rent, or claiming them as dependents on my taxes, so I wanted them gone.

My husband and I recently moved into a rental home in Burnaby that had some spider concerns, as the space had been unused an uncleaned for some time. I have an extreme fear of spiders so we scheduled Rob in advance to help us out. He arrived on time at 8am, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fast, professional, and he really put me at ease; I was finally able to sleep comfortably knowing that the issue had been taken care of, and I've also been able to wander the house without my usual level of fear. It has only been a day since he sprayed but we haven't seen an 8-legged friend yet, which is amazing considering how many we were finding previously. As an added bonus, Rob uses sprays that are ecologically responsible which is something that we appreciate. We will definitely be calling The Pest Maven (aka my hero) again if any other issues present themselves. Thank you Rob!!

I was very happy with the great service Rob gave us. He was prompt and responded immediately when we called him after spotting some rodent droppings in our shed. He came over within 24 hours to check it out and had it cleaned up, smelling fresh and all sealed in a few hours. I highly recommend Rob- he is personable, knowledgable and extremely efficient.

I am extremely happy with the results of Rob's service. When I found myself with a rat infestation in my garden and contact with other "prominent" exterminators left me with a mediocre feeling about the quality of service I would receive, I came to Homestars and found glowing reviews for Pest Maven! As a result, I chose Pest Maven to address my rodent problems and it was the best decision I made. Rob responded promptly. His prices were at/under what he quoted and these were comparatively less than the competitors I contacted earlier. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional at all times and provided an extra touch I wouldn't have expected from an exterminator -- that is, the soffit around my house was just a mesh screen which was in bad repair and a potential gateway for rats into the attic. Instead of just patching up areas of where there were holes in the screen, he installed new aluminum soffits along the entire perimeter of my house at a very affordable price -- not something I expected an exterminator company to do and very happy he did this. So he not only addressed my uneasiness about rats potentially entering my attic via screens that they can easily chew through (and allowed me to sleep peacefully at nights), but made the house externally appealing (i.e. not just patch work other companies may have done). Now that is fantastic service!

I called Rob when I found myself with an infestation of silverfish. After a year of trying to deal with them on my own with sprays and bug dust from the hardware store, they were only getting worse. Rob was prompt, punctual and affordable. I would definitely call on him again! He even checked my dark and dingy crawlspace for rodents for me, as I had dealt with them last year and wanted to make sure they hadn't found their way back in. Thanks Rob! Highly recommended.

Rob quickly arranged an appointment and showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the house. Clearly assessed the mice problem, set traps for catching the mice and suggested solutions for eliminating the mice problem. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. I definitely recommend him!

Rob was Great! Replied right away and was able to make an on site visit the next day! We had some dead rodents in our chimney and Rob sealed it off to make sure no other rodents would get in.
