We recently purchased our first home and had to have it repiped. It is a large 3-story home so there was a significant amount of damage. I had done a lot of research online, including (but not limited to) Homestars, and had decided on Drywall Repairman. From the very beginning Stavros was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all of my questions with honesty and setting a clear picture of what we would be looking at for both expenses and required work. He and his team were incredibly hard workers with excellent work ethic, plus were wonderful and patient with our three young kids who liked to make their presence known as often as possible (and also patient with me, their overtired and exhausted mom!) They did a wonderful job fixing our home and we would not hesitate to recommend them or use them ourselves again in the future. Thank you Stavros - much respect and appreciation from all of us!

I found super Rooter on homestars this morning after my kitchen sink became plugged. I called around to several companies and decided on Super Rooter based both on price and service. He was able to come this afternoon and not only quickly resolved my drainage issue but installed my new kitchen faucet for me as well. He was super professional, friendly, trustworthy, and I have already given the Super Rooter name to a couple of other people for any future needs they may have. I will definitely be calling them again for any additional plumbing needs. Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

We are leasing a home that developed a leaky roof so the owners asked me to find a company to handle it. I contacted several companies and the owners and I easily decided on Taves. Tony had arrived quickly to give us a quote on roof replacement, and upon quote approval the job was done the following week. The owners and I were very happy with his prompt attention, especially since it was a smaller job at a very busy time. Tony was responsive, answered all of my questions, and his pricing was very fair. His crew was also great - professional and respectful. I have every confidence that Tony is a true expert in his field and as such I would be happy to recommend Taves for anyone's roofing needs.

We are leasing our home and had (with the owner's permission) originally called Neil in 2014 to install an outlet in our bathroom. While here he also installed a ceiling light in the nursery. The approximate price I have listed is regarding that visit. We contacted Neil again in 2016/2017 to assess and replace a couple of outlets that were starting to melt. Upon checking our home he suggested that the homeowners replace all outlets to upgrade the current aluminum wiring. We had the homeowner contact him directly and they gave him the go ahead up fix the wiring in each outlet. As we are leasing, we did not receive the invoice for that job however I know the owners were happy with the quoted rate. Neil's service, prices and communication are outstanding. We will continue to contact him for any future electrical issues and highly recommend him to others! Thank you Neil for making our home safer, and for being such a pleasure to have in our home!

My husband and I recently moved into a rental home in Burnaby that had some spider concerns, as the space had been unused an uncleaned for some time. I have an extreme fear of spiders so we scheduled Rob in advance to help us out. He arrived on time at 8am, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, fast, professional, and he really put me at ease; I was finally able to sleep comfortably knowing that the issue had been taken care of, and I've also been able to wander the house without my usual level of fear. It has only been a day since he sprayed but we haven't seen an 8-legged friend yet, which is amazing considering how many we were finding previously. As an added bonus, Rob uses sprays that are ecologically responsible which is something that we appreciate. We will definitely be calling The Pest Maven (aka my hero) again if any other issues present themselves. Thank you Rob!!
