Professional and friendly, he did a thorough inspection, explained everything he did and ensured unit was working properly. Excellent company and always get great technicians. Very dis-appointed with the companies customer service,had heat pump diagnosed,no follow up for repair that was recommended,had another company repair it and it was not what this company diagnosed.I feel the diagnostic fee should be refunded.

Installers were courteous thorough and helpful.
Covered entrance and stairs with covers to keep carpets clean.
Removed all dirt and debris after installation and left it in pristine condition. Very helpful in explaining the operation.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed on Feb 23/2018 the furnace was a York modulating 2 stage with a 1.5 ton York air conditioner, combined with the furnace it can achieve 18 seer, cause it is energy star rated, there are ample rebates from OPA and enbridge. My old furnace was a one stage about 19 years old and when it kicked in I had to turn my tv up or I couldn’t hear it. When my York kicks in I have to turn the tv down in order to hear the furnace, and trust me you cannot hear it, my refrigerator makes more noise. The furnace is designed to keep the house within a half a degree of your setting and so far I’m impressed. The over all comfort I am experiencing is second to none. The installers were well trained and did a very neat and tidy job, very professional. I would highly recommend this company and would highly recommend York modulating furnace and air conditioner. Warranty on these units is 10 years parts, I also paid an extra $650.00 plus tax to include labour for these 10 years. If you remove the extended labour of $650 and $4300 in rebates from the government my cost of $10,000 comes down to just over $5000 not including savings on my electric and gas bills. It’s only been a couple of days but so far very impressed.

What a consistent and professional team. Their crew did a perfect job building parts of our brewing system and walk in cooler for our brewery in Whitby. They were quick to start and finished on time. To us, that is the most important part. The workmanship is clean and tight. We get compliments on it all the time.

Wow, we can't believe how much quieter the furnace and A/C are. It's like they are not even running compared to the noise of the old models, especially the furnace.
Barry and Ryan did a fantanstic job and other than the short time Ryan had to drill the hole into the foundation for the intake pipe, I wouldn't even know they were in the house all day. Quiet, professional and very clean. It's apparent they have worked together for some time as a team and a good one at that. Thank you Josh, Barry and Ryan for all of it!

We had Advantage Airtech install a new furnace and A/C several years ago and were pleased with the service and products so much that we called them when we recently moved to install another new furnace for us. Their knowledge and experience helped us to make the right decision on what furnace and thermostat to purchase for our needs. Highly recommend. The work was performed in one day, they completely cleaned up after themselves, and the were very nice to deal with. I have not had any issues in the 6 months since installation. In fact, I was able to call my public utility and have my monthly amount reduced because you could see the drop in power used. Even though the air has been on all summer.

They came in to install a gas line to our new Gas Range and connect an attachment to the backyard for a BBQ line. They were very knowledgeable and gave good recommendations. The work looked solid. Might have taken a bit longer than what they originally quoted, costing us a bit more. But all in all was satisfied.

My name is chad sabbagh I called reliance to check out my furnace they came in and said the heat changer is cracked and they red tagged it. The technician called the sales guy and put him on the phone with me right way to sell me a new furnace. At the same time I called 4 different companies to give me a quote they all did. After that I called Advantage and spoke with Steve he asked me what's wrong with my furnace I told him what i been told and that it's red tagged. He said some things is not right. And instead of him trying to push a furnace at me like the rest he sent a technician to check out my furnace and my furnace was perfectly fine there was no crack and it's working wonderfully.
