My name is chad sabbagh I called reliance to check out my furnace they came in and said the heat changer is cracked and they red tagged it. The technician called the sales guy and put him on the phone with me right way to sell me a new furnace. At the same time I called 4 different companies to give me a quote they all did. After that I called Advantage and spoke with Steve he asked me what's wrong with my furnace I told him what i been told and that it's red tagged. He said some things is not right. And instead of him trying to push a furnace at me like the rest he sent a technician to check out my furnace and my furnace was perfectly fine there was no crack and it's working wonderfully. This company operates with integrity and honesty. Thank you Steve I appreciate it
