I took an old, hand knotted Turkish rug to them that was filthy (from my pets) and had a horrible odor. They rewove the fringe as well as cleaned it. To my happy surprise, the rug was worth much more than I realized! They did an incredible job and I am very pleased. I personally recommend them and will use them again.

My dad knows mr Mahdavi almost 15 years he is only one we trust when it comes to rug cleaning last cleaning was just before new year they picked them up from one location and deliver them to Richmond hill for us free of charge. As usual they did great job, and we are happy with the result since beginning. we do recommend them

Had a number of Persian rugs that we bought long time ago, and needed them cleaned. Someone came to my house, helped me identify what kinds I had and whether need cleaning them. They did a great job cleaning the rugs and doing some repair work. Highly recommend them!

This really should be in a different category since they pick up, clean by hand and place your rug/s back where you had them before sending out. After calling around for this service, I stumbled upon this company and joined Home stars.com, just to write this review. Everyone that I dealt with at this company restored my faith in customer service. But customer service doesn't always include the care and detailed work that obviously went in to the cleaning process. I am very hard to please sometimes, especially when it comes to the word "clean" but I have to say that if I could give them 6 stars I would. Thank you very much joe

This is the Place to go! I am sorry if you think I am too effusive, but after searching and using others--This is the palace to go. I have several very nice and expensive pieces, and I would trust them with any carpet. They are a very good source for cleaning and stain removal too! Reasonable, on time and helpful.

No longer stressed!!! After running around and wasting gas at all "the other" Persian rug specialist" this should of been my first stop!!! Joe was VERY helpful!! Great place to go very reasonable price. they also give us free under pad with new purchase
