This company was quick to pickup and deliver my two area rugs. The price was good. The cleaning was satisfactory. There is a dent across one carpet where it appears the carpet was hung. It has been a week and it is still very prominent.

First of all let me disclose that I am Iranian so I believe I know a few things about rugs and when it came to finding the right place to send my rugs for cleaning and repair I did my research. I am very satisfied with the service I received in this place. they came and picked up my few pieces from my place in East end of the city and returned them on time. My lovely old Chalshotor needed immediate attention because the roots were gone and it was about to rip through the rug and they did a good job in repairing it, it was costly but it worth it. my rugs came back clean and shinny and smooth. walk with bare foot over your rug just back from cleaning. it is smooth and feels great. oh! and they strictly instructed me not to harshly vacuum the roots.

I was very happy with Persian Rug Specialist - they were fast, a good price, and they did a great job with my carpet - and Joe was very knowledgable and helped me understand how to look after my carpet ongoing. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good treatment of your valuable rug.

Mr. Mahdavi and his team did a great job on my persian rug which was totally damaged by moisture...the carpet is now clean and looks like it's new...the price was fair and customer service is fantastic...

I have a wool area rug , Turkish, which required cleaning due to dog urine and a coffee spill. This company was very professional and courteous, picked up and delivered as agreed, and did a great job cleaning the rug. Joe was very knowledgeable re rugs and advised me that the underpad I was using was not really recommended for this type of carpet and why. Would gladly recommend them.

Joe at Persian Rug Services is such a pleasure to deal with. Always friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. For the second time we called him in to clean our pet soiled Persian rug and he did an amazing job. No trace of the stains and the offensive odor is completely gone. Joe had done some carpet cleaning for my parents before but it was the first time that I had my own Persian rugs cleaned. Joe came over to my house after our phone call and we looked over the 3 carpets together. His eye caught one of them and he asked where I got the carpet from. I said it was a house warming gift from my parents. He started explaining that this carpet is actually pretty rare and expensive. It's unique because it has no traditional border and the thread is only made in a couple of places in Iran. I was really impressed with his depth of knowledge and it made me feel great that I had such an old rug (he guessed at least 50 years). He also sowed the tussles that had worn down over the years. He packed all 3 and a week later came back with fresh and clean rugs. He put them in the van and took them out himself. Full white glove service. They looked amazing. I put my nose to them and they smelled really like new. I would recommend them to everyone. Good Job Joe!
