Just had my very dirty and stained wool area carpet cleaned by Persian rug specilalists. Joe explained the cleanining process and offered recommendations for enzyme treatments to remove odours from pet "accidents" . I am happy to say the rug is very clean, and any remaining stains are barely noticeable. (I did not opt for a further cleaning process to try to eliminate the stain completely) The rug was cheerfully delivered to my door in a timely fashion. Thanks Joe

We had 9 carpets of various sizes cleaned, and some repaired and re-fringed by this company. The carpets were old and some quite soiled.
