Exceptional service and results. Replaced the fringe on 3 Turkish rugs and had 5 rugs cleaned. The replaced fringe look better than the original ones.

I brought in 5 Kashmiri carpets that were purchased in 1976. They had been cleaned a couple of times, but not for several years. They are beautifully bright and clean now - like new! Joe also strengthened the fringe of the carpets, which had started to fray. Wonderful work.

They know what they are talking about and what they are doing. We call them they were on time. Most important part they clean our very expensive Qoom rug that is 100% silk and the fringes were damaged caused by vacuum and they put new hand knotted fringes. We are very happy and pleased with this company and recommend them to all.
