Persian Rug Services picked up and delivered the rugs exactly when they said they would, the service turned out to be cheaper than the original quote and, of course, most importantly, after they were cleaned, the rugs looked almost new.

As an added bonus, Mo, the delightful gentleman who picked up and delivered the rugs, was able to give me some very interesting information about manufacturing of oriental carpets.

I will definitely be back and, in the meantime, I will be enthusiastically recommending Persian Rug Services to anybody

I had all the persian rugs in my home cleaned. Pick up and drop off service was excellent. Staff/owners are very knowledgeable about rugs. Not only was the cleaning job superb (the colors in my rugs are now much brighter) but I learned about the history/quality of my rugs and how to care for and even place my rugs so that they fit best with the room surroundings. We purchased a silk and wool carpet that became badly soiled as a result of standard wear. Knowing the problems with cleaning this type of carpet we looked for someone that would have expertise in this type of cleaning. We found Persian Rug Specialists on St Clair Avenue, on line. I met with Joe and we discussed the options for cleaning the rug, he is very knowledgeable. The carpet was returned on time and in the original condition. I was astonished that they could clean the carpet to like new. Over the years we have used a large competitor to Persian but without the same satisfaction. Thank you Joe for a job well done.

I found this company on Homestars, when I purchased an 8x10 rug that needed to be cut down and served to 7x10 to fit our space. Joe is an exceptionally friendly and accommodating owner, who went out of his way to finish the carpet in time for the Christmas holidays. He even delivered it within a few hours of completion, in time for guests to see our newly renovated space. Joe is definitely a man of integrity and takes pride in his high quality work! Excellent service, Great job, Good timing and very friendly.
My rugs always come back like brand new. Having little dogs at home, we have to do this more often. They really do a great job.
