They did a fantastic job cleaning and repairing the edges of our Persian rugs. They were able to remove the frills on the ends of the rugs, which caused us trouble when the rugs were vacuumed. We will definitely use them again.

Our rug is 12x18 and has some damage to the fringe. Joe gave us several repair options, but didn't push the service in any ways. Rug was cleaned perfectly and looked like new.

I chose Persian Rug Specialist because of the reviews and it was totally worth it. Mo came and picked up my rug, cleaned and repaired it in less time than he estimated. He delivered it back to us, brought an underpass and gave us suggestions on sizes for rugs in other rooms. We made the drive to their showroom to buy another rug and we're totally pleased with The service from Mo's colleague Joe and the rest of the team. We got a great rug and they put in a new fringe while we waited. It was a far drive for us compared to some other showrooms but worth the drive. We will buy all of our rugs here.
