We were glad to use Persian Rug Specialist service.
Our rug is 12x18 and has some damage to the fringe. Joe gave us several repair options, but didn't push the service in any ways. Rug was cleaned perfectly and looked like new.
Joe is knowIegable and pleasant person to deal with.
