Because of a major and very messy renovation, we decide that was a good time to have our living room rug cleaned and stored. Not only did they do a great job cleaning it, but they were very patient about storing it when our reno ran long (REALLY long). When they brought the rug back, they were friendly and helpful and gave us some really good advice about how to keep our rug looking fresh in the long term. Terrific company.

I brought my rug to Jo. My cat had defecated on it and I tried to remove the stain but it caused the dye to bleed. I had bought it in Morocco and didn't want to have this rug ruined. Well Jo spent time explaining how my rug was made and that it might be tricky to clean it without the colour bleeding but expressed confidence he could do it. One week later I returned to find a perfectly cleaned rug! No damage, no bleeding, nothing! Jo showed it to me with a big smile on his face. And the cost for cleaning was completely reasonable.
