We had large moths who ate many large holes on an old runner from Damascus.

The damage to the runner was repaired. Can't see them when you kneel on the runner.

We have moved 4 times in the last 2 years due to work. Along the way, we have brought our Persian carpet, a family heirloom, with us. Needless to say, the carpet needed to be cleaned badly. Joe and the team did an amazing job and provided impeccable service. The carpet looked and felt brand new. I highly recommend their services.

I had 2 carpets that needed to be ceaned/wahsed and they came and took them and when they washed them and they were cleaned they brougt it up all he way to the 23rd floor which was very helpful.

Our carpets had not been cleaned or repaired for 10 years. Moe took time to discuss and advise us on the best course of action with each carpet, highlighting that one carpet was not worth keeping even though it would have been to his benefit to charge for cleaning. The carpets were returned within the promised timeframe and were beautifully cleaned and repaired. We were delighted with this service and would highly recommend this company.
