Dryer Vent Wizard did an amazing job on my dryer. It was full of lint, the exhaust pipe was broken, the filter was clogged, and lint / exhaust / carbon monoxide was coming in to my basement. We needed help desperately and Tyler was fast to respond, and solved the problem in a matter of hours. His son actually climbed under my deck, which is just nasty, to reconnect the exterior exhaust pipe and also installed a vent that will not allow rodents etc to crawl in. They cleaned out the dryer, it looks brand new. They reconnected a new exhaust pipe inside and out and gave us a new filter. We are 100% satisfied with the work and the fee that we paid. Well worth it.

We bought this house only less than 6 months ago and have had problems with our dryer since. We brought in Dryer Vent Wizard to see what was going on. We recently learned that our dryer vent had been installed too close to a tankless water heater vent, which is apparently a code violation. The individual who initially installed the dyer vent had told us it would not be possible to move the vent.
