I've used Grizzly Plumbing and Heating for two plumbing jobs. On both occasions, I was favourably impressed. The guys who came to do the work were friendly, courteous, clean and professional. After I made each appointment, the company sent me an email to confirm the time and I also received a phone call when the technician was on his way. After the jobs were completed, the technicians took the time to make sure the premises were clean. I highly recommend this company.

My basement shower was continually leaking under the flooring. I previously had a plumber repair a faulty shower head and spout, but the leak continued. I called Get Renovated and Jim came out right away to help diagnose the problem. He discovered that the previous owner, who did the renovations, failed to install a liner under the shower pan. So, Jim and Mike demolished the old shower and rebuilt a new one for me. Jim's bid was very reasonable compared to other contractors. Mike also managed to save and re-use the glass from the shower enclosure. They did a great job. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Dmitry and his crew at A to Z Plumbing recently replaced a building trap and installed a backwater valve at my rental property. They also replaced all of the drain pipes, replaced the building trap and installed a backwater valve at my residence. In both instances, Dmitry and his crew were professional, polite and clean. The outdoor work required that the crew dig a trench that was at least 8' deep. I am amazed at how carefully they removed and then replaced the grass over the trench they dug. It is almost impossible to tell that anything was done. They were also extremely clean when working indoors. I would recommend this company to anyone and intend to call Dmitry should I need a plumber in the future.

We recently learned that our dryer vent had been installed too close to a tankless water heater vent, which is apparently a code violation. The individual who initially installed the dyer vent had told us it would not be possible to move the vent. I then called Dryer Vent Wizard and Tyler Johnson was able to move the dryer vent with no trouble at all. Tyler is polite, courteous and he and his assistant did a fantastic job.

I have never experienced the extraordinary level of customer service provided by Barry and his crew. I first contacted Barry to help resolve a warning tag I received from Enbridge gas. Barry went out of his way to help me. He gave me his mobile phone number and was always available to talk or returned my calls promptly, he met with me late in the evenings after working all day, and took the time to patiently explain what he felt should be done. The service I received from Barry convinced me to use Alfa Aire to repair a leak in a gas line that should have been repaired by the HVAC company that installed it, and the guys who did the work were fantastic as well. From now on, Alfa Aire will be my furnace, A/C and water heater company. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is a great company. When Bill came out to give me a quote I thought my basement needed waterproofing. Instead, Bill gave me his honest opinion that I did not need to spend many thousands on that even though A&A does waterproofing. The work he recommended (tuck pointing, parging, some brick replacement and a chimney rebuild) was far less expensive. And I can't say enough good things about James and Jordan, who came to do the job. They started and finished early, were friendly and polite, did beautiful work and cleaned up afterward. They even repaired damaged parts of my 100 year old brick house which I hadn't noticed, with no additional charge. A&A does everything right and I'd recommend them to anyone.

My refrigerator water dispenser never worked properly and I was told I needed a valve replacement on a water line. Valentin offered to come the day I called, but I asked him to come the next morning. He was on time, courteous, clean, fast, and did fantastic work - everything you could want. I'm so glad I found him on Homestars. I can't imagine that there's a better plumber than Valentin.

After paying a contractor a lot of money to renovate our house, that contractor couldn't be bothered fix things that weren't properly done. So, we called Trademark Electric. Perry from Trademark came out to move a dining room light fixture and electrical outlet that had been improperly placed, and while he was doing this he found that our contractor installed the wrong kind of dimmer switch for the fixture. Perry listened carefully to our needs, was clean, careful and professional, and did a fantastic job. We were especially impressed by the time he took to make sure he did the job exactly the way we wanted. Since Perry had to make some holes in the ceiling and walls, he also brought a drywall repairman with him. The drywall repairman was also fantastic. I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.

I tried contacting other companies for bids on window shutters, but they didn't respond. Irina, on the other hand, responded to my email and phone inquiries immediately. George then came out and measured my windows. He was courteous and absolutely professional. The shutters they built for us were ready when George said they would be, and the quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
