Renovations by R.O.I. Renos involved, removal of all existing flooring on main floor, upper hall, and main bathroom, painting all ceilings, walls, trim. Installation of ceramic floors in laundry room and main bathroom, Installation of new 3/4" hardwood flooring on remaining main floor and upper hall, new interior and exterior doors, new gas fireplace in family room, install new kitchen cabinets, and all accompanying electrical and plumbing work including for new vanity, laundry tub, pot lights, under mount and upper cabinet lighting.
Jim and his crew are the easiest people to work with especially good at handling scope creep. Very professional quotes for scope of work and allowances they included. High level of finish was very much appreciated. One spectacular accomplishment was his ability to run the hardwood flooring from front to back and make it look like the floor was laid before the walls of the house were built as there were absolutely no transition strips needed. It was seamless! We could not be more pleased with Jim and Jim's efforts (even holding their cool when dealing with the many frustrations the new IKEA kitchen system threw at all of us).
