They didn't properly mount the sink they installed in our kitchen. They just glued/caulked it into place. It came apart a few years later. If you go with them, have their work thoroughly inspected.

I am so happy with the Work of Harry and the Team at LB construction and design. Outstanding workmanship, creative design elements and innovative problem solving through the project. What was most clear was their passion for their work and their own high standards. Good is not good enough. They really strive to impress ! I highly recommend them and will definitely use LB Construction and Design again in the future

Lousy, just lousy. Bathroom was not properly ventilated and insulation was not placed back over bathroom light in attic. As a result moisture build up in attic and mold two years after the work was done - $7500 extra expense for mold abatement. They enclosed our furnace in a room - this is against code and we will need to tear down the wall at our expense. Those are just the blatantly obvious things they did wrong. Three years later we are still finding small things they did wrong and corners they cut. And, despite the company's response, I definitely have the right company and I completely stand by my review.

We are extremely satisfied with LB Construction's work. Harry and his crew are a pleasure to work with and could not have been more considerate working around our time frame. We had family staying in the house with a 6-months-old baby and they bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. The work was done methodically and turned out beautiful. We added other tasks and the crew was happy to oblige. They were punctual, worked long hours, even on the weekend! They cleaned up after themselves every day. Can recommend LB 100%!

Converted restaurant space to office. Could not be happier with the result, even better than expected. LB has great resourcefulness, Are timely, stayed in budget and are very responsive. I’ve booked them for another project already !

we have had a few issues and every time I have tried to reach to follow up or for them to warranty there workmanship I have been totally ignored, they will take your money pretty quick however not follow up on issues.

I contracted Harry to renovate my basement in Mar 2018. This would have been a 6 week project. When the basement floors were ripped up, the team found dirt underneath. We had to pour concrete. When the ceiling was taken down, we found no sound insulation. We added this in. During the project, the roof in the house next door (which we also owned) had two holes in it, and water entered the house on a rainy day. Harry helped patch the hole. His words were "Don't worry. I'll take care of it." Harry's team re-shingled the whole roof since it was in dire need of repair. He noticed that the roof on the first house also needed repair. He took care of that too. He completed all of this in 8 weeks, and at very reasonable prices.

He doesn't cut corners, and he gives good advise on what needs to be done to do it right. He's excellent and reliable. I highly, highly recommend Harry and LB.

We hired Harry after interviewing some other contractors as he came highly recommended by a friend. We were completely gutting our bottom floor and replacing a bathroom upstairs. Harry's quote was competitive and he completed the work quickly and to a very high standard and within budget. He was always responsive to our calls/emails/messages. Our designer, who managed the project was also very complimentary of working with Harry. We would definitely work with him again and would recommend LB Construction to anyone.

Harry helped me with a renovation project that included all aspects of the top two floors of my house. My goal was to yield the greatest return on investment in anticipation of renting and eventually selling my house. Harry was invaluable in this regard. Harry and Chuck at LB Construction renovated our bathroom, bedroom, and assorted bits and pieces around the house and yard. We are very happy with the quality of their work, attention to detail, and ability to provide excellent design input.
