Excellent and genuine service

Brampton

I needed a surveyor, but Amandeep helped me with how to find one and explain all the processes I needed for the driveway and how to build a legalized basement. He saved almost $3000, which I was about to pay to the surveyor, like my few neighbors paid. He took all his time and explained everything in so detail.

Legal basement design and permit application for second dwelling unit

General Contractors review in North York

PDSI help me design and apply for the permit for my legal basement in North York. The whole process was smooth. PDSI is very knowledgeable in their field. He designed 2-3 layouts up to the code and provided to us for our out preference. We definitely recommend PDSI to others for the legal basement design and permit application.

They explained me all the steps in the basement design and permit application and applied for the permit on my behalf and got the permit successfully. Legal basement design and permit application services in Ontario

Pathak designing services Inc designed and obtained legal basement design permit for my basement. They meticulously designed the floor plan keeping the design OBC compliant. They also applied and obtained the permit from Nottawasaga Conservation Authority for me. PDSI did a fabulous job obtaining the permit for my second dwelling unit. I definitely recommend them to everyone.
