Ducky's Drains

I gave Andy a call because of his reviews on homestars. To May surprise he answered the first call in the evening and was able to set an appointment within 48hrs. He showed up early (beat me home) and proceeded to troubleshoot the Garborator saving me $450 as I didn't have to replace anything. Only paid for a service call but if something comes up again in my home Andy will be the first person we call!

My kitchen sink was plugged and would drain very slowed. Andy was very knowledgable, professional, and polite. He got the job done right! Thanks again! We will not hesitate to call again. 10/10 !

Andy came out to my place with a smile. He was very professional and patient. (I talked a lot asked many questions.) He was knowledgeable and efficient, fixed my leaky sinks and also unclogged my drains (and taught me how!).He also looked at my tub and another toilet and gave me some advice for the future. He cleaned up everything and I appreciated his skill and the reasonable price.

After discovering water in our utility room, we called Andrew who was able to come the next morning at 6am with a replacement water tank. Andrew was polite, professional, transparent on the costs, and we were astounded by his level of service. He and his business partner, Manon also dealt with the water tank manufacturer to arrange a credit under the warranty! We called Andrew back out again a few days later to repair a leaking toilet, and received the same excellent level of service.

I used the service in 2013. Given the problem with a water line backup, he showed up quickly and at the time he stated. He was a decent guy and offered advice and even talked himself out of work that he felt was not necessary.

Andy turned up on time, did the job quickly and professionally, was polite and respectful and charged less than we expected. What more could you ask? We will definitely use Duckys Drains again if we need plumbing services.

I left a message and someone got back to me right away. We were able to discuss the project and determine an approximate rate over the phone. An appointment was booked for the following week. Upon examination a written estimate was provided. The project was completed the same day within a couple of hours.

After looking on this website for a plumber I found Ducky's. He was professional, timely, and fair all you can ask from a plumber. Though he charges an hourly rate, he is fair in his pricing and I was pleasantly surprised when I got the bill for the amount of work I had him do. He goes above and beyond to get the job done.

Augering wasn't able to fix my slow drain, but he persevered and came back another day free of charge with another solution. Awesome plumber and will definitely be calling him up again if I ever get another plumbing issue.

This guy was so clean we didn't even know he'd been there after he left! He was prompt and courteous, and was very helpful with applying for the city rebate to lower the cost of our toilet. I've already recommended him to a friend - he's our new go to!

I put in a call to Ducky's to have someone come out and take a look at my garberator. Response time was great. Andrew explained that I could troubleshoot the problem to determine whether or not I should have someone come in and assess the unit (under warranty). He cautioned me that since the troubleshooting did not work, I would be charged a very large service fee for someone to come out and tell me exactly that. I VERY much appreciated that he called me back, talked me through the troubleshoot and did this without getting any compensation for his time. I will use this company any time I ever have a plumbing issue or any other issue that would require their assistance. You don't get service like this anymore. I can't tell you how impressed I am. this guy is a rare one.
