Ducky's Drains

As a result of putting too much down the garburator after our Thanksgiving dinner, I plugged the main drain from the house. I went to Home Depot and bought a snake to try to do this myself. After spending about 4 or 5 hours on this, I gave up! Checked HomeStars and called Ducky’s right away, left a message and received a call back within a couple hours. I was given two 2 hour windows to choose from for the next day. Andy was right on time and had the problem fixed in just over an hour. Andy is very professional and personable and took the time to give me a few tips about the garburator so I’m not in this situation again.

I will definitely be calling Ducky’s when I need our next plumbing service call.

We discovered our hot water tank was leaking and contacted a couple of plumbers to diagnose the issue. Andy, and his wife, were awesome. They provided professional, well-priced and extremely prompt service; I will definitley be keeping their card handy.

Our kitchen sinks were plugged and I called several plumbers randomly. Ducky's was the only company which would provide prompt service. The husband-wife team was very friendly and helpful. While I have not met Andrew, the plumber, when he showed for service, my family member told me that he was very professional and worked hard. He spent 1 hour and 15 mins at our house and he charged us exactly 1 hour and 15 mins, not 1.5 hours or 2 hours like other plumbers. Now the sinks drain well.

Found Ducky's on homestar and I have to agree with all the good reviews. Andy is an awesome plumber. He was able to respond to my problem very quickly. He even spent time to help during thanksgiving holiday with a twisted knee when he was supposed to take the days off for family and rest. He patiently came three days in a roll to help me solve the troubles that came up following one another, help me buy the parts from warehouse with reasonable service and parts charges. In addition to performing great and clean works, he also provide helpful advises on household maintenance. I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you Andy!

Andy did a "free" assessment of the situation. Then ordered that parts and returned on-time and fixed the problem with entirely. He arrived on time and even did a followup to ensure everything was working as expected.

Andy has done two unrelated pumbing jobs for us - replacing a portion of broken sewer pipe, and unplugging the main plumbing stack - and we could not be happier with the prompt and friendly service and useful advice that he provided. We would certainly use him again. I have recommended him to friends.
