Ducky's Drains

What a pleasure to deal with Andy and Manon. We had a bunch of minor repairs/modifications that needed to be done to some faucets and hose bibs and Andy did them quickly and properly. Great communication from them both and Andy turned up early both times he came out. We'll definitely be using Ducky's again for any plumbing issues that we may run into down the road.

As soon as we called Andy, we had a good feeling. We bought a house 6 weeks ago, and we have an en suite which had a busted flange and was starting to leak water. Also the toilet in the basement would not stop running. Andy came over the next day after we called him. After the bathroom had a chance to dry out he came back to repair both toilets and make sure they were in perfect condition. Very easy man to deal with, very reasonably priced, and gets the job done. AND cleaned up after himself, didn't even know he was there! HIGHLY recommend Ducky's Drains and we would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing concerns.

Easy process to book with good availability. $250 flat rate for sewer main cleaning. Used 3 inch auger.Took an hour to complete. Friendly service. Would definitely use in the future.

Andy and his wife were exceptionally professional throughout the time he was working on my toilet and sink repairs. He was honest, fair, was transparent on costs and completed great work. I even had to call him when my hot water tank stopped working. He troubleshooted over the phone and walked me through the minor fix process on the spot. We experience a plugged kitchen drain and contacted Ducky's Drains Service. Andrew cleaned out the blockage. Provided information on what we should do to maintain clear pipes. Charged exactly for the time spent to clean the drain. Andrew said that his work has a 12 months warranty. He will come to re-snake the drainage within the 12 months period. Andre did great job and we are satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Andrew was awesome! He's very friendly and professional. Started out with drainage problems up in our main bathroom and later found it was leaking all the way down to the basement. Contacted Ducky's Drains after seeing all the positive reviews. Andrew came over and helped clear a major blockage in one of the lines and assisted in reinstalling the toilet. Thank you again! Ducky's Drains provided an excellent service, arrived at the worksite early and set up quickly, completed project before the 2hr mark which was excellent and was able to give a comprehensive explanation of the video footage he was showing me as a perspective homebuyer. Would highly recommend!
