Thanks for the fast service. My stove works great and Justin was great and liked that he wore shoe covers.

Our new fridge had a dent in the door, Josh W came to our home to replace the door. I was totally impressed with his professional manner and the care he took to protect our floors and countertops. He entered our house covering his outdoor shoes with protective slippers. This was much appreciated as we had our hardwood redone a few weeks prior.
Josh W. Not only provided excellent service but also was very personable and knowledgable.
Charolette was the lady that arranged the booking and checked in to see if we were pleased with the service we were provided. It was totally a pleasure to speak to her. I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to accommodate us.

My dishwasher had broken parts which migrated into the machine. Jason and his staff (Josh and Josh) did everything in their power to rectify the problem at a more than fair price and with great care and kindness. Their office staff were very considerate and booked appointments at my convenience working around my schedule. Their persistence left me with a fully functional dishwasher, a smiling face, and no regrets. I am so happy to know I now have a company I can trust to call when something goes wrong with an appliance in my home.

Mr.Appliance was sent to our home quite a few times due to a washing machine still under warranty. Every time they came they were friendly, went out of their way to help, very strong work ethic. They are the only appliance company we will use/recommend now.

New to the area. Contacted Jason and Ellena who went above and beyond to help me even on a holiday. They were very pleasant to deal with and I felt they really cared about their customers. I would wholeheartedly recommend their company.

Mr. Appliance was recommended by my neighbor. He has used MRA a few times and been very please. My service call yesterday I was very impressed with Josh. He was very professional and took the time to explain things in layman terms. If needed I will use MRA again and I would highly recommend MRA.

My dryer ran but wouldn't heat. I had Mr. Appliance come and look at it. Justin came and the next day Jason the owner came as we could not figure out the issue. Both advised it was an electrical issue and not the applicance. Justin checked out the whole dryer and Jason even checked to see if something was wrong at the hydro box. Sure enough it was an electrical problem caused by a contractor we had in. This company is amazing! I would not hesitate to recommend them. Justin is quiet and very thorough and efficient and Jason is outgoing and very knowledgeable. As a company owner he puts the client first. If I could give 20 stars I would. You are in good hands with Mr. Appliance.

Fridge needed repaired. Called for service, had great customer service on the phone. Although the lady was new at the job, she handled herself very professionally. When Justin, the repair technician arrived on site, he was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient in getting the job done. An all around great customer service experience! :)
